I had a delightful stay for a quick night on our way to California. The hotel was pet-friendly and the staff, especially Jedediah, made us feel welcome. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed tasty meals at the restaurant. However, I did wish for more time to explore Sedona, and the resort fee added to the overall cost. Overall, a great experience worth revisiting!

The meals at Shadowrock restaurant were delicious, and the outdoor dining experience was made cozy with portable heaters.

The hotel has some great features, including a lovely spacious suite with a gas fireplace that made for a cozy stay. However, there were significant service issues that put a damper on the experience, and the dining options weren't as satisfying as I had hoped. For the price I paid, I expected a higher standard overall.

Rooms
8.0
The spacious suite was very comfortable with a separate bedroom and living area, but unfortunately, it was noisy at times due to nearby laundry facilities.
Service
5.0
Service was inconsistent; while some staff were helpful, overall, it felt disorganized and lacking in attentiveness.
Location
7.0
The location was convenient for exploring Sedona, but being next to a busy parking lot detracted from the overall atmosphere.
Dining
5.0
The restaurant food was just okay, and the service could have been better organized, especially with buffet explanations.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had well-maintained communal areas and amenities, but my room's air conditioning was problematic.

My stay at the Hilton had its ups and downs. The restaurant and outdoor seating are great highlights, and my room offered a pleasant view, but the service was frustratingly inconsistent. The ambiance could use some revitalization as well, and I was disappointed by the dated spa. Overall, it was a mixed experience, especially since we were celebrating a special occasion.

Rooms
5.0
The room was quite dark and could benefit from more light to complement the beautiful Sedona sunshine outside.
Service
5.0
Service was very unpredictable during our meals, with long waits and not all items being served consistently, making the dining experience less enjoyable than it should have been.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location in Sedona was stunning, surrounded by the beautiful landscape and within walking distance to several restaurants.
Dining
6.0
Dining was hit and miss; while the breakfast buffet had some delicious pecan smoked bacon, the slow service and some mediocre dish presentations hindered the experience.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities, including the spa, felt dated, but I did appreciate the pleasant outdoor area with games and firepits that entertained my granddaughter.

We had an incredible experience at this resort! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our family, especially considering our son's medical condition. The view from our room was stunning, and the special holiday surprises made our stay truly memorable. While the food was excellent, some dining options were on the pricier side. Overall, the resort is family-friendly and offers a luxurious experience, making it well worth it for us.

Dining was exceptional! The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever had, and the private dinner in the Igloo was a fantastic experience, although it was on the pricier side.

The facilities were wonderful, including the gym and spa. The private fire-pit setup for s'mores was a lovely touch.
